With no reasons given or poor service on my behalf PayPal has held two payments until proven to be delivered. Anybody else had this, very annoying and means I have to pay the postage without the payment money and then wait two weeks to hopefully get the money. Never happened to me before in many years.
Thanks but none of these are true for me and why can't PayPal tell me what the reason is anyway? Never before in about 10 years now 2 payments on hold in a week.
