Hi, I live in Australia. I have a client that is trying to pay me from another country, but my account rejects it. Wheyn he tried to pay me, he got an error message that says "Your recipient can't accept payment right now". Please help.

I am sorry to know that you're having trouble receiving payment from one of your client. I recommend you to check the resolution center or notification tab in your PayPal account for any pending actions that may block the payment. If you see any information needs to be submitted, please solve it and the team will review in 3-5 business days and update you the details via email. If there's no such pending issues/actions in your account and still your client is getting the same error message, please get in touch with the support team to look into this further.

I've check both, I couldn't see anything wrong.

no such pending issues/actions.
