Paypal received rwo $8 payments for me that don't show up in my wallet. How do I get them in my wallet to transfer these funds to my bank?

If they are not showing on your paypal account then how can you have received them?

Did you get an email confirmation or is it showing in your paypal activity.

Also can't really advise until you say which country you are in.

It shows in my activity. I'm in USA.

Were the funds auto withdrawn to your bank account?

If not then check if you have purchased anything since the funds went in and they were used instead of your normal funding source.
