I purchased a flight package with Jetstar It’s being 48 hours and I don’t see it in my bank account that the money it been taken out. How long does it take for receiver to get the money?

Hi @Annicko,

You can view details of a transaction within the Activity portion of your PayPal account. This will allow you to see if the payment is pending or if it was completed. The recipient may have received the funds through Instant Transfer. With an Instant Transfer, PayPal pays the recipient, then collects the funds from you.

When a transaction is initiated using a bank account, it can take up to 7-10 business days for the funds to be sent to the recipient. If the transaction was completed by eCheck, it can take longer. You can visit our Help Center to learn more about eChecks.
