Hi, I want to buy something on Etsy. The store is based in Japan. I go through the procedure for payment and then I get a screen that says: 'We can't proceed the payment, to be able to do payments again you need to check your account or connect with us'. I checked my account, nothing is going on... I contacted with Paypal, they can't see anything as well. So I asked someone else to do the payment for me, living in a different area, but ended up in the exact place. Where lies the problem? Is it Etsy; is it the seller (I checked with her, but she doesn't know either); is het Japan? What could be the problem?
