I had received an email from PayPal on 18th October, that my employer Rev.com has sent $29.47 USD. Also, it stated that we need a bit more information i.e, some information is missing. I went to paypal.com and added my bank account as well as converted my account to business. But I still haven't received the payment. The resolution centre also doesn't show anything pending, neither do I have any transaction being shown in all transactions section. I tried talking to that chatbot but still no assistance. The mail Id that I received the mail from, is legitimate as I received all other emails regarding my account conversion to Business from that same email Id.
