Payment thru card via paypal missing

Hello! I just want to ask for help. I ordered a watch in US last month. I contacted the store and told me that they didn't received any of my payments. But according to my bank statement the payment was made. I can't contact any from paypal. HELP!

It would help if you said what it says next to the transaction in your paypal account as telling us what it says in your bank account is meaningless.
