I am an online tutor on preply.i withdrew $ 115.14 from preply to my PayPal account.My payment was on hold,but due to some technical fault ,I had to close the account .What will happen to my money??Afterwards I again opened my account using same email id and contact number.So I have an account with some restrictions.Will the money will refund to my preply account?? please help .
