Payment still on hold even after buy confirmed receipt?

Buyer has confirm receipt also transaction has valid tracking number. it's still on hold? Have any solution to it?

I shipped the item with tracking number , delivery took place 2 days ago payment still on hold

Sorry to hear of the payment hold. 

 

Most holds are removed 24 hours after the tracking confirms delivery. This gives the buyer time to report any issues, if needed. If the tracking confirms delivery, the buyer hasn't filed a dispute, and the hold hasn't been removed, please reach out to our customer support team to look into this. Same here. Tracking number provided. Even my screen say money will be released in one day. That was a week ago and customer service was useless. It says right there it will be released. I want my damn money.
