Payment status showing pending for past 7 days

My Payment status shows pending for the past 7 days when will I get my money? I provide marketing services to my client, who sent me $150 CAD a week ago. Previously, I got my payment within a few days from PayPal but now it's been 7 days and I still haven't received my money yet. I have to pay some bills I can't wait this long.

Have you added CAD as a receiving currency on your paypal account?

Yes, I added both USD and CAD as receiving currency.

ok if its a pending echeque then it should state an approx clearance date but allow 5-7 days.

If its pending/on hold as a new seller but showing in your paypal balance then read the link.

PayPal transferred money to my bank account but the problem now is my client sent me $150 CAD which is 9251 INR but PayPal transferred 8,028.76 INR which is about $130.17 CAD. Why so much difference?
