Payment pending

I’ve recently been paid through depop and the item has been received, she’s left me feedback and confirmed the delivery - but my payment in still in pending. When will I get it?

Are you sure you were paid?
Is it pending because of the 21 day hold?

Did you add tracking info to the transaction?

Did buyer confirm receipt through the transaction?
