Payment on hold

I do not sell or buy products, I do not own a business. I only made a PayPal to receive payments from an online solitaire game from the Apple Store. Is there anyway to get my money faster or will it have to be on hold for 21 days every time?

Those payment types are considered goods/services payments, so  you would be seen as a seller and be subject to the new seller hold as per link.

When you have had enough transactions to have built up a good reputation then the hold ceases.

The only time you don't get a hold is for funds sent using the friends/family option.

However don't use that option for selling goods or services or it may lead to an account limitation.
