Greetings On 16/01/2022, I had a friend send me $50.00 and the funds were received, I then received another $40.00 gift from another person but that transaction was never received instead the $40.00 was taken from the previous $50.00 that was already in my account. I have been trying to get in contact with the chat bot and call center with no luck. This is quite disappointing to have to go through so much hassles for a transaction that is fairly routine and having to consider using another platform due to the lack of communication and feedback for lodged complaints..
