Payment on hold

my payment is on hold . i have registered paypal on 2nd Feb'22 and issue the invoice on 2nd feb'22 towards customer in Slovakia. I have received the payment confirmation from customer on 3rd feb'22 via paypal but still the payment is onhold . please help
