I have been sent some money by a friend but PayPal won't let me access it and have put it on hold until the 'delivery' is complete. There is no delivery or item being sent at all. How do I fix this and access the money?
Sounds as if they sent it using the goods/services option and not the friends/family option so paypal see you as a seller and applied the new seller hold as per link.
