I have a pending transaction for something I sold, have updated the tracking number, shipped the item, and it has arrived but paypal is telling me payment won't be released until April 4 unless I update the tracking information (which is already updated). I just want my money - what do I need to do?
Funds are normally released when tracking shows online that the item has been delivered to the buyer + 1 day as long as you used one of Paypals supported carriers. If completed and no funds are released then contact c.s. and request manual release of funds.
Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...
1. Paypal phone (you can use the guest option if you can't log in). 2. Live chat is also randomly available. 3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out. Or 4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
