I authorized a payment big $33.66 to ebay on 07/08/2021, there was no mail from paypal as usual indicating the transaction, but on my paypal account notification is the pending transaction. After a while ebay notify me of not received the money, and on my transaction summary this particular transaction did not appear. Have contacted my bank but they asked me to contact paypal first.
