Payment not reflecting

Hi there. I received a payment from a client. I have the email confirmation with transaction Id.

It has been a couple of days but nothing is reflecting in my PayPal account?

Please advise

Paypal payments are more or less instant.

So if the funds are not showing in your paypal balance then you have not been paid.

Did you confirm your email address and were the funds being sent in a currency that you can accept?

Have you verified your paypal account and received funds before.

Lastly are you SURE the email is from paypal and not a spoof?

And yes to all. I have received funds before so email is verified.

Email seems legit. 

Is there somewhere i can call or email with the transaction ID?

If you don't want to give us a gist of the email content (excluding personal info) to check it then the info for customer services is........

 

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
