Payment not reflected in account

I was sent a payment to my account but when I log in to my account it does not reflect. Also, when I click on the transaction ID in the payment received from Paypal I get this message.
Anyone have any idea what's going on?

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received the funds that were sent to you. When a payment is sent to you a notification will be sent from us and you should see the funds in your account. As you don't see the funds in your account request you to please contact us to assist you further.

I'm sorry to hear that you have not received a payment into your account. Please be wary, if the payment is not showing in your account. If you have received an email that claims to be from PayPal but has any of the suspicious characteristics listed in this article, it's possible that the email is a fake. The transaction ID may possibly be a fake. If the other party is claiming to have sent you a payment, make sure that they are not asking you to send them any money for any reason, and be cautious not to call a number or click a link from within the email, just to be on the safe side.
