Payment not received in bank despite PayPal say they transferred

I am from India everything was fine with paypal transferring my funds to bank on dye date but my last 3 funds which total around $723 hasn't arrived to my bank account its 20 days over. My bank account is fine officials assured that. I raised the concern with PayPal but there has been no action taken from past 20 days.
