Payment not in balance but in Resolution Center no issues found

Hi, 

 

I received a payment but it doesn't show on my wallet. Along with the email was a note that I need to verify some info, followed the instructions but no issues were found in Resolution Center. My account is already verified and no notification of needed to do.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received a payment yet. A great Help Center article you may find useful is: I can't find the money I received. Where is it? I also recommend visiting, How do I spot and report a fake, fraudulent, spoof, or phishing emails? If you determine that the email was not from PayPal, please reset your password if you had clicked on any links. If you determine the email was from PayPal, I recommend ensuring the email and phone number on your PayPal account are confirmed. If the payment still doesn't show up, you can contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available if you send a DM to @AskPayPal on Twitter or a PM to facebook.com/PayPal.
