Payment in bank statement but not in paypal activity.

I was purchasing a product online through PayPal checkout and it was redirected back to the page because there was an error that I needed to tick the box for terms and conditions. Paypal already took the money out of my bank account but the transaction was never finished. The transaction activity is not shown in my PayPal as well but it is on my bank statement.

If the funds don't show on your paypal account OR reverse back to your bank in a few days then talk to your bank?
