Payment held after date

My PayPal will not release money on hold despite it being past the date of holding. I updates shipment info and it still will not release. Clearly there is no one to speak to here please help

I understand your frustration.  I will no longer be using Paypal.  I have used it for years with zero issues, buyer complaints, and even minimum refunds needing to be issued.  On top of deciding to all of a sudden hold my money, they don't respond to messages.  It's awful.
