Hi, I usually get paid in USD by my Israeli employer. But in September 2023 they decided to pay us in Shekels NIS. I sent my invoice to Israeli employer in shekels NIS, The employer paid the amount and this has landed in my PayPal account and converted to the USD amount, I cannot get it to transfer to my South African FNB account. When I click the ‘send to FNB” option on PayPal, it takes me to a dormant FNB page. (I can open my FNB account on another tab) Money paid in USD is usually ready to be converted in my FNB account when I am paid directly in USD. My bank does not see the converted USD amount. What to do now?
