Payment did not received

Hi paypal, we received an email from one of our subcription that they did not received their payments. But upon checking with the banks, it was deducted.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I am sorry to know that the merchant has not received the payment for the subscription. If the payment has been deducted from your bank account, it should also reflect in your PayPal account. I suggest you check the transaction details in your PayPal account under the Recent Activity. If the transaction has been completed, you need to contact the merchant to check the status of your subscription in their records.
