Hi needed to pay an additional $2 due to a change in size on my order with Pawsionate .... Bubblestyle PTE LTD .... Payment was declined ' to comply with international regulations ' Could you please advise what this means as I need to pay the $2.00 USD to receive my order ... thank you 😊
