Payment declined, "weren't able to authorize your card"

The card is only associated with my account and I have been able to make payments with it before until this error occurred 3 or 4 days ago. I tried with 2 other cards and the same message appears.

Did you confirm the card after adding it?
Does the name and billing address of the card exactly match your paypal account information?
Do you have available funds on the card?
Is the card a physical card and not a virtual one?

Yes I confirmed it, its the same name, I have enough money for the payment and yes, its a physical card

As I said, before I could use it without any problem. now, when I try to buy something with one of my cards (all visa) I always get the same error.

Then if you have checked the resolution centre and don't have any limitations your best bet is to reach out to customer services to see if
