I'm sorry that your tutoring account transfer hasn't reached PayPal. Before transferring money again, you'll want to ensure your PayPal email address and phone number are confirmed by clicking on the links I've included for our Help Center. After that, it's a good idea to verify your account and confirm your identity. I also recommend double-checking that your account is in good standing by reviewing your Resolution Center and Customer Identification Portal for limitations.
After completing these steps, please try making the transfer again. If it doesn't go through, I recommend contacting the tutoring account's customer support to find out if they're receiving any specific denial messages. If you need to reach PayPal's Customer Support, you can find the different options by selecting 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website.
