Payment cancellation

I had made a transfer to fashionova, 17th  november 2021. The order has been cancelled. I need to know how I get the money back on my credit card. As its on hold by Pay Pal.

Hi Rochana, 

Thank yo for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member! 

As the order has been cancelled, PayPal will not request the funds from your bank/card to complete the order. Please contact your bank/card issuer directly, and request they remove the hold on these funds.
