Payment Request to Australia

If I make a payment request to a person from Australia, will they be charged for any corresponding fees once they pay me? (They don't have a PayPal account) Thank you!

Whether you pay a fee on a transaction received or not depends on how the sender has sent the payment. Also, depending on what currency the transaction is sent and received in, there may be a currency conversion fee. You can read more about our fees here: PayPal Fees. Kindly know that the fees will be applicable only if the transaction is made via PayPal.
