Hi, I placed an order over a month ago but the seller was unable to facilitate my order now PayPal is still holding my money. WHY??? I need my money release PLEASE!
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
