My son and I have been using PayPal for him to send me his car payments for many months with no problem. However, this one is stuck at pending, even though the money has been withdrawn from his bank account. Also, I didn't get the "Accept the money" prompt that I usually do. It immediately went to "pending" status as soon as he submitted it. I usually get his payment in my account the day after I accept it. It's now had a pending status for 4 days. Also, on the main page, it shows as pending, and on other pages (like when I click details) it shows as received. I have tried using the "message us" feature (it says they never received the money from the bank) and called the phone number (it said the money was received and should be posted to my account on or around yesterday.) I'm not quite sure what to do here.
