Payment Not Received In My Bank Account But Transaction Status Shows Complete

I received a small payment on the 15th of April which is automatically transferred to my bank account. Transaction status shows payment transfer completed on the 20th of April. But I did not receive an amount in my Bank Account yet. And I am unable to contact to help center. How can I get my money back?
