Payment Mistake

So, my cousin sent me some money. He accidentally sent it Goods and Services instead of Friends and Family. Is there any way for this to be corrected in a way that the fees won't be lost? Issuing a refund won't work. What if he cancels the payment on his end? Can he contact Paypal, or do something in the app, to change the payment type? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sadly not now its completed, any refund would not return the fee you were charged.
