Paymemt page froze bit money were still taken

Hello, Yesterday I tried to make a plane Ticket purchase. After clicking : „pay“ button, the page was loading like for 4 minutes and i got a window: it takes too long On the page of the merchant i got a window „fair is no longer available“. So I went to another website and made a booking there. Now i receive email from Paypal, that my transaction went through. I have 2 tickets now for the same plane. Paypal is closed till Monday. Did anyone have similar experience? What should I do to get my money back as mistake was not on my side? Thanks in advance

You only got 1 plane ticket because first order failed, no order confirmation (right?) but a temporary pending authorization on your bank or card held money was initiated. Authorization will eventually expire and hold on the funds is released.
