I’m only given one option of my 3 PayPal linked cards to payback My negative PayPal balance, the card it allows me to use was cancelled a year ago, how do I pay the balance back using my other linked cards? ( the cards I have linked are a newer debit card and also a credit card)

Don't think you can add funds via a card only a bank account.

Ways to clear a negative balance.

1. Transfer funds from your bank account via the add funds function.

2. The quickest and easiest way is to get a mate or family member to send a payment via the friends / family option. As long as they don't fund it with a card it should be free.

3. Via a card over the phone with paypal.

4. Or mail a cheque as per link.

5. Buy something and Paypal will normally add the debt to that payment during checkout when you authorise the purchase.

Yes I’m trying to pay it back using my bank but they won’t allow me to use that option. The only bank option I have is a bank account that has been closed for well over a year but still will not let me remove it. My current bank account is linked and has been for ages but won’t allow me to use it
