PayPal started to take more money from my bank account than it should. That is done using incorrect currency exchange rate. PayPal help center ignores my complaint. Has anyone any information regarding controlling financial authority that I can send complaint to?
The company is a total ripoff. All their rates are higher than nearly any other similar service. I would never use PayPal unless the platform I use require this ripoff company for payments. I had a foreign currency payment and PayPal took a staggering 15% MORE in exchange rate fees than even the higher fees by some banks. Add together all the orders for the year and you've lost 15% in profits.
