I asked for a refund on October 12th after the package I had bought on October 1st never got delivered even if it was marked as such. PayPal says the refund arrived early on my card on October 16th, so today, but I can’t find it anywhere. I read that it can take up to 3-5 days for the refund to show, but I’m assuming that once it says the money arrived on my card, I should be able to see it. I got refunded twice before and the money was available as soon as the refund process was done, what happened this time? Have i lost my money for good? Help me please!

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account. Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).
