Over a month ago I made a purchase from a private merchant she refunded the money. PayPal says the refund went through. I contacted BHN about the missing refund they say it's nowhere to be found where is my money! I'm sick of this! This is $100 I desperately need. Someone help me.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
