I understand your concern regarding the Pay in 4. Have you reported the Pay in 4 transactions? Our Buyer Protection Policy still applies to Pay in 4 transactions. Once the full amount has been paid, you will be able to dispute the charges within 180 days from the date of the transaction if you have not received the item or if the item is significantly not as described. Unfortunately, the option to stop or cancel the payment isn't there, the amount will still be debited.
