PayPal not allowing me to verify bank to accept payments!

I’m supposed to be shipping out customers orders but it’s not allowing me to accept payments, saying I need to verify my bank! I tried instantly verifying and its giving me an error. The deposits aren’t showing on my bank app or at the bank when i called. I can’t get ahold of anyone at PayPal due to Covid-19. I want to ship out people’s orders but Im worried about shipping it before even accepting. WHAT DO I DO????
