I am trying to buy a product on eBay, it shows me an error: PayPal is unable to process your payment at this time. You can try changing the payment method inside of your PayPal account or select a different payment method. Not clear what to do. Some 2-3 days ago I paid through PayPal on eBay without problem. Now it refuses. Who can help me?
