PayPal ignoring that package is delivered.

Paypal says that i will get my money when the package is delivered. I posted a gpu using 24 hour tracked postage with royal mail, and i attatched the tracking number tk the money paid via G&S on paypal. Why does it still say it isn’t delivered, when it was delivered on friday with picture proof? I would like my money to be released as i was told it would, please help
