Hello,
I recently got my first payment as a freelancer, Im not a seller on ebay or something, Im freelancing on a project.
and PayPal holding my money for 21 days, from what I understand, I need to have 4 or more transactions, to receive more than 200$(which I got), and to wait 60 days.
so I dont get it, will I get my payment after 60days or 21 days?
if after 21 days, every payment that ill get will be hold for 21 days, until 60 days will pass?
is there a way to bypass that? is there a way to contact paypal and tell them that Im freelancing and not some scammer on ebay?
