PayPal credit monthly payment rejected by PayPal

I missed a payment on my PayPal credit account and this months payment is due 2nd nov. I paid the minimum payment requested on my account but although I paid using a debit card I normally pay with the payment has been refused by PayPal. And now when I log on the only option available is to pay the balance? Can anyone advise what’s going on? Thanks

We are sorry to hear that you are unable to pay the payment to your PayPal credit. If you are not getting an option to pay by logging in to your account then you can complete the payment by calling PayPal customer service.
