PayPal balance to card transfer gone wrong.

I Transferred money to a prepaid card. The money is gone from my PayPal account and the card I transferred it to got charged for the amount of the transfer. Both sides are pointing fingers and the prepaid site is offering me a resolution in 90 days while PayPal misled me on a dispute and said my only option was to claim it was an unauthorized transaction and that I could then add all the case details and evidence right as it was opened which I never was able to. It then got closed shortly after. I'm out nearly $50 $25 from PayPal and $24.56 after the transfer instant fee. Low income this hurts me so bad I needed that. PayPal closed the dispute assumes the other company got the money and its on my card the prepaid company assumes I bought something or transferred to my PayPal account. I'm so upset right now. Please I don't know what to do neither is helping me and I think misunderstands what happened. I show the screenshots showing the transfer but the charge on the other site which keeps insisting I bought something and what item would I like to dispute even though no services or items were bought just a transfer.

The photos are blocked but one shows PayPal where I sent $25 minus 44 cents to a prepaid card and the other shows they card I sent it to instead of gaining $24.56 it lost $24.56 and I'm out nearly $50 instantly for nothing in return. Nobody is helping me and pointing fingers. Nobody seems to understand what happened even when presented with the documents and explained pretty simply or at least plays like they don't understand it.

I understand you're worried about your funds not reflecting in your prepaid card. If the status of the withdrawal is completed, it means the money has been transferred successfully to your card. It may take few days to reflect in your card depending on your card issuer. If there's any issue with the withdrawal request, it may take 1 week for the bank to notify PayPal and return the funds to your PayPal account. If the money is still not in your bank account after 7 days, please contact the support team to get this checked further.

If you still don't see the withdrawal after 14 business days, please reach out to Customer Support to request a trace through our website by selecting 'Contact' at the bottom of the page. You can also find Customer Support options through private messages on Twitter (X), Facebook, and Instagram.

I am sorry to know about the transfer. Withdrawals to your bank account usually take 3-5 business days to complete. If the transaction status of your withdrawal is "Completed," it means it has completed processing through our system. Instant Transfers to cards should take about 30 minutes. If you have an eligible card linked to your PayPal account, standard transfer which would take about 48 hours. If you are unable to locate the deposit in your card/bank account and the status of the transaction is still "Completed" in your PayPal account history, we can trace your withdrawal once 7 business days have passed. Usually, if there’s a problem with withdrawal, it is returned to us and the funds are reversed back into your PayPal balance. Please know that all transfers are subject to review and could be delayed or stopped if we identify an issue. To trace the funds, you can contact our Customer Support Team through the available contact options on our website.
