PayPal app won't let me transfer to bank but website will?

So everytime I try to transfer money to my bank account the app tells me I don't have money in USD but I do. I go to the website and I have no problem. Why even have an app if it doesn't even work???

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble withdrawing your funds from the PayPal App. If you are experiencing difficulties when attempting to access your PayPal account, please try clearing your cache and cookies or try using a different internet browser to access your account. If you are attempting to log in through the mobile app, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this helps to resolve the issue.
