PayPal Withdrawal Delayed - Trace Number Not Issued

Hi everyone,
I'm posting to see if anyone has encountered a similar issue with a delayed PayPal withdrawal and can offer advice.
On February 1st, I initiated a withdrawal from my PayPal account to my bank. The transaction appeared as "Completed" in PayPal, indicating the funds were sent. However, my bank hasn't received the money.
After contacting PayPal support, they advised me to wait 7 business days and then they would file a trace for the transfer.
On February 13th, I received confirmation that a trace would be filed within 24-72 hours.
Unfortunately, it's now February 17th, and I haven't received any updates or a trace number.
I understand there may be delays, but I'm concerned and would appreciate any insights from the community.

Over 72 hours have passed since I requested a trace on February 13th for my delayed withdrawal. While I understand investigations can take time, I haven't received any updates or a trace number. I recently contacted PayPal again, and they simply stated that the request is ongoing and I'll be notified upon completion. However, I'm concerned about the lack of communication and specific timeframe.

Withdrawals are resulting in delays of up to 20 days. Yes, withdrawals took approximately 20 days to reflect in my bank account after the trace number was issued by PayPal.
This delay is unacceptable, particularly when considering that international wire transfers typically only take 3 business days but this ACH Withdrawal should take less time. This issue persists, as I encountered the same delay with another recent withdrawal. Requiring a trace number each time I withdraw from PayPal is inconvenient. Please address this issue, PayPal.
