PayPal Account in Saudi Arabia-unable to withdraw funds to my US account

PayPal Account in Saudi Arabia, i am unable to withdraw funds to my US account, i entered by US routing number and Account no, i also recived 2 small deposits from paypal to verify account, but after that when i try to withdraw it says cannot process transaction. and it gets declined, i have contacted my bank and its no issue at their end. please help

Is it a bank account opened on U.S soil?

Or is it a virtual / digital bank like Wise or Payonner?

Its a Community Fedral Savings Bank from Wise, my colleagues are using the same solution in their PayPal account in UK and other countries and its working.

If you think paypal will not accept this, then can u list which US bank will be accepted in Saudi Arabian PayPal.

Wise was formerly Transferwise so same thing.
