Pay without entering password

I just (again) made a purchase on "aliexpress" through "win10" / "chrome browser" and when i paying with paypal it was not asked me  to input my password.
Can anyone tell me how it was possible?

How to force to ask?

It sounds like a pre-approved payment may be in place for making payments on this site. This allows you to make a payment for certain sites without having the enter your PayPal details each time. They can also be called an automatic payment. Please click here for more information.
